Wilson moved and asked unanimous consent that reconsideration of CSHB 50(FIN) be taken up on the same day. There being no objection, it was so ordered. The following was again before the House in third reading: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 50(FIN) "An Act relating to limitations on mandatory overtime for registered nurses and licensed practical nurses in health care facilities; and providing for an effective date." 2010-03-25 House Journal Page 1888 The question to be reconsidered: "Shall CSHB 50(FIN) pass the House?" Representative Johansen moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. CSHB 50(FIN) was referred to the Chief Clerk for engrossment.
